Kek Karet Wednesday, 14 January 2009 | 00:34Kek Karet 2 1/2 cwn tepung berserbuk penaik(self-raising flour) 1 st baking powder 1 st soda bicarbonate 1/2 st cinnanom powder 1/4 st garam 3/4 cwn brown sugar 1 cwn gula castor 4 biji telur 1 cwn minyak jagung (kita guna minyak sayuran) 1 cwn mentega cair 3 cwn lobak (diparut - <>2 biji lobak yg sederhana besar) 3/4 cwn walnut cincang Cream Cheese Frosting 250 g cream cheese 250 g mascapone cheese 280 ml whipping cream Icing sugar - ikut manis yg dikehendaki 1 st esen vanila 1. Panaskan oven 180 C 2. Ayak tepung+baking powder+bicarbonate dlm mangkuk 3. Campurkan lobak parut, minyak jagung, mentega cair, cinnamon powder, brown sugar, castor sugar dan telur 4. Putar adunan sehingga lembut/gebu. Masukkan walnut dan pukul sebentar 5. Bakar dlm oven selama 45 min hingga 1 jam. 6. Biarkan sejuk...buatkan topping Cream Cheese Frosting 1. Pukul cream cheese dan mascapone cheese hingga gebu 2. Masukkan esen vanila dan gula icing, pukul lagi 3. Masukkan whipping cream, pukul hingga kental dan bolehlah disapukan atas kek Labels: Kek |
